How do I track my order?
You can request your tracking number by sending us an email at orders@edsn.co.za. Please allow at least 1 to 3 business for your order to be delivered after we send it out. You will also receive and sms with your tracking number.
Do you have a store I can visit?
Yes we do. You can visit our store in Pretoria at 1110 Pretorius Street, Hatfield.
How do I return an item?
Option 1
You can courier it back to us at any Postnet. Please ensure that you state that it should be sent to the Eastwood Postnet in Pretoria. Postal Code 0083. After you have done so, you will have to send us the tracking number.
Option 2
You can use ARAMEX Courier at selected Pick n Pay stores. Purchase the Aramex cover at Pick n Pay which you will use to package the item. After filling out the waybill form, you must place it in the red box at the store. Remember to tear off the first page after you complete the required info. This page contains your tracking number.
How can I contact your couriers?
We use ARAMEX Courier. To track your order contact
(011) 457 3200. Request your tracking number from our office before you contact them.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days after your order has been delivered to you.
How do I Lay-By?
We offer a 30 days lay-by option. This offer only applies on specific days namely 15, 25, 30 of every month (if it falls on a weekend then the lastest day to place yoyr order would be the Monday). Therefore, on that specific day you have to place your order and pay 50% within 24 hrs. Your order will only be sent to you in 30 days after we have received the outstanding balance. Please note that lay-by orders are only processed on the specific day you select after we have received your payment.
